PERSONALISED DESIGNS
All personalised designs need to be confirmed, ideally by email. Some items you can order in specific colour schemes, wording etc. Once you have decided what you wish to order, should it not be available to purchase already online, send me an email to discuss. From there, once you have given me the go ahead, we can arrange payment. Please check all spelling and information that you provide to me as I can not take responsibility for any mistakes. If you are concerned or would like to talk to me about the personalisation of any products, then please email me at sweet.williams@live.co.uk.
PAYMENTS
Paying for your handmade items at Sweet Williams is really simple. All you need to do is click the add to basket button next to the item/s you would like to purchase and it will be added to your basket. When you have finished shopping, click on the view cart button and you with be able to proceed to checkout. Payments are accepted via credit card, debit card or Paypal. Paypal is a universally accepted and trusted method of online banking and accepts all major credit cards and you do not have to be a member to use it. Please note that buyers are responsible for any and all duties and customs charges that may be incurred. I do not accept personal cheques or cash for orders made online. Please ensure that your address details are correct, in particular if you have a Paypal account and may have an old address linked. Sweet Williams does not take any responsibility for items sent to an address which has been incorrectly supplied by you.
If for some reason you experience any problems with the shopping cart, or do not receive a confirmation email then please either email me at sweet.williams@live.co.uk or telephone during our opening hours on 01639 865601 and I will rectify the situation.
DELIVERY/SHIPPING
I aim to process your order as swiftly as possible. If the item is in stock then it can be sent out immediately, but made to order designs will be completed and sent within 14 days. The normal turnaround is 5-7 working days, but do allow up to the full 14, especially during busy periods. If in the unlikely event that this may take longer than normal, we shall inform you immediately. If you require your order for a specific date, please contact me and I will endeavour to meet your needs.
Currently we are shipping to the UK only.
European and Rest of the World option for international shipping will be a new feature added to this site soon.
Delivery is charged at a flat rate of £3.75 per order. Items are sent by Second Class Royal Mail. You can choose to upgrade to First Class on checkout.
All orders are gift wrapped in some tissue paper as standard.
ITEM DESCRIPTION
Items are described as accurately as possible. As many of our items have been designed and handmade, no two items will be exactly the same. All handmade products are made in a smoke and pet free environment, namely our beautiful studio in South Wales.
RETURNS POLICY
If for any reason you receive your item and you are unhappy with it, please contact me within 7 days and I will make every effort to resolve any problem. Returns are at your cost and no return postage costs will be refunded. The costs of your items will be refunded, if desired, on receipt of the returned goods. These goods must be returned to me as new, and within 21 days of the initial contact made with me regarding the return.
Personalised, custom, handmade to order items are non returnable unless deemed faulty.

I reserve the right to change these terms and conditions from time to time and you should look through them as often as possible.
WORKSHOPS
Workshops are held on the second floor of our retail premises. There are two short flights of stairs to climb. Do bear this in mind when booking a ticket.
If you have to cancel for any reason, refunds will only be given on workshops if we are able to refill your space in a reasonable amount of time. If a workshop has to be cancelled by us, we will always aim to reschedule in the first instance. Otherwise, a refund will be given. Refunds will NOT be given on any accommodation bookings or travel arrangements you may have made.
Please make us aware of any allergies or special arrangements in advance. We will always try our best to accommodate where possible.
